Fix iTunes error 9812




iTunes is most commonly used for transferring the data stored on the iPhone to other media like the PC. However, sometimes errors do appear due to various reasons. Have you encountered the iTunes error 9812 and an error message like any of the following?

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9812). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (-9812). Make sure your network connection is active and try again."

If yes, then you should get rid of the error as soon as possible because the error does not allow one to access the iTunes store. There are some problems in the connectivity between the PC and the iTunes. The most common reasons for the occurrence of the iTunes error 9812 are as follows:

  • There are incorrect settings in the PC.
  • iTunes has not been installed properly.
  • There are problems in the registry of the system.

iTunes error 9812 fix is easy and you simply need to follow the steps mentioned below:

A corrupt or any missing trusted root certificate for iTunes. If iTunes has not been installed properly then you need to reinstall it.
