If you are using an iPhone then you need to install iTunes so that you can transfer music and all other types of files to or from the iPhone to your Mac or PC and also to sync or backup your iPhone. However, if an error like the iTunes error 2330 appears then you cannot use the iTunes because it fails to install properly. You may get an error message like the following:

“The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2330”

The error is caused because of some inconsistencies in the Windows PC or some errors inside it. When the files that are required to run iTunes cannot be processed by the system then the error is caused. Such a situation arises when there are some problems in the registry of the system or some problems in the installer files or settings.

  • Click on Start, then on Control Panel.
  • Click on Add / Remove Programs.

  • Now restart the PC.
  • Now that these applications are uninstalled you can go to the Apple website and download the latest version of iTunes.
